Set within a listed former artist's studio in Chelsea, this four bedroom apartment was reconfigured to maximise light. The mezzanine was re-engineered to reduce the structural build-up and to allow for walk-on-glass providing views to the space below. A stone clad cantilevered stair was incorporated into the scheme.
