This maisonette near Westbourne Grove was a scheme generated around an L-shaped reception room to maximise living and entertainment space.  The project emphasised the ample natural light on the first and second floors of this end-of-terrace Victorian residential building.  The kitchen and dining areas were housed within the retained Victorian glazing with a large terrace beyond.
